The Tailor Made Sequel

Our Tailor Made Warranty Program enables us to continue our Tailor Made relationship with you, our homeowner. Our objective is to continue to bring clarity to our answers to your questions and assist you with the understanding of your accountability as well as that of the Tailor Made builder.

 

We honor and respect your role in our Tailor Made process and aim to continue to establish higher standards of building and higher standards of ‘speaking with one voice’ so that the Tailor Made builder and homeowner relationship continues to evolve. Our Tailor Made relationships have brought our Tailor Made communities ~ communities with heart ~ to the forefront. Thus, we know that the Tailor Made process doesn’t end with Warranty ~ it’s the beginning of a sequel.

 

After you have lived in your home for 3 months, we'd like to hear from you concerning any questions or items we need to investigate.  You'll need to provide a list in writing to our warranty manager, Sue Reigle.  You can e-mail her at sreigle@sunshinemb.com or fax in a list to 303-932-0735 and she will begin scheduling items and/or answering your questions.  You'll need to keep Sue updated on the progress of completion of your items.  Then, we'd like to hear from you again at the 11th month to complete your warranty list.  (Structural warranty is covered for 10 years.)  Of course, if you have an emergency, we need to hear from you right away to mitigate any further issues.
